- The ideal number of guests is 12 people, which can be increased to 15 people by adding 3 extra beds.
- The guest has the responsibility to set the right amount of adults and children
- A refundable breakage deposit of €1200 is required per stay.
- The guest is responsible for requesting their preferred bed arrangements in advance. If the guest prefers a double or two single beds they should make this request before arrival.
- For reservations of more than 12 guests, extra beds and towel sets are provided to ensure everyone is comfortably accommodated. Please select the correct number of guests to ensure sleeping arrangements.
- Using the sofa as a bed is not allowed.
