- Prices are related to the number of guests to be accommodated in the property.
- The ideal number of guests is 10 people, which can be increased to 14 people by adding 4 extra beds.
- The guest has the responsibility to set the right amount of adults and children.
- Refundable Breakage Deposit: €1200 per stay.
- The guest is responsible for requesting their preferred bed arrangements in advance. If the guest prefers a double or two single beds they should make this request before arrival.
- For reservations of more than 10 guests, extra beds and towel sets are provided to ensure everyone is comfortably accommodated. Please select the correct number of guests to ensure sleeping arrangements.
- Using the sofa as a bed is not allowed.
