- Prices are related to the number of guests to be accommodated in the property.
- The ideal number of guests is 6 people, which can be increased to 7 people by adding 1 extra bed.
- The guest has the responsibility to set the right amount of adults and children
- A refundable breakage deposit of €300 is required per stay.
- The guest is responsible for requesting their preferred bed arrangements in advance. If the guest prefers a double or two single beds they should make this request before arrival.
- For reservations of more than 6 guests, extra beds and towel sets are provided to ensure everyone is comfortably accommodated. Please select the correct number of guests to ensure sleeping arrangements.
- Using the sofa as a bed is not allowed.
